As always there is a Sunday meeting and you are EXPECTED to be there, if you have something to bring up that's the place to discuss it. If you do not have anything to bring up someone else might have.
You should be able to spare a little while on a Sunday afternoon/evening.
-Banan,
FRC CouncilmanAye as Banan said, if you can make it to the meeting, please as always, do your best to show up for it. If you cannot that is fine, but please let us know ahead of time. We all need to get into the routine of using the calendar, me included, to let everyone know if we will or will not be showing up for an event. For example, I forgot to notify the guild through the calendar that I was busy and would not be making some specific events over the last week. I should of used the calendar to give the clan a heads up, and will be doing my best to do so from now on. I know it can be a pain at times, but it is extremely useful and will be even more so after release, if we can get a concrete number before an event, of who will and will not be showing up. Meetings included. You can find a link to the guild's calendar at the top of the website, on every page.
With MO still in beta, we are not all playing as much as we will be when it launches. That's just the nature of the beast, nothing is at stake within the game and etc. Which is why we have the weekly meetings. The meeting is a set time for us all to get together, while we are all waiting for release and possibly doing other things, and discuss anything we wish regarding the clan and/or MO. The meeting does not though always just consist of me making my way through a set of speeches. Meetings were setup initially to let us all come together as a clan, prior to launch, and do stuff, and not just as a discussion forum for guild politics and policy. After a meeting's discussions are over we can get together in MO. Go attempt to raze some buildings, track down reds, crafting, building, training, and etc. The more people that are in attendance at our weekly meetings the better it is for all of us.
